Bílý čaj

Bílé čaje - po sběru se čajové lístky nijak nezpracovávají. Nejdříve se nechají zavadnout, poté se suší na slunci. Bílý čaj se nepraží ani neoxiduje, a proto si uchovává jemné složení a jedinečnou chuť. Nakonec se čajové lístky třídí podle velikosti. Nejlepší jsou mladé, vrcholové, nerozvinuté lísty.

2019 Da Xue Shan Ye Sheng Ya Bao

The flowers from wild tea trees growing on Big Snow mountain processed in village in Yong De area. Ya Bao is usually used as additional ingredient for black or pu-erh tea. It gives sweetness to the bitter tea and bring forest ( wild scent ) notes. The scent of fresh melting snow in early spring comes out from the glass or pitcher. Sweet taste with notes of pine tree forest after rain.

Very popular mixture is with Feng Qing black tea or sheng puerh . We have those in shop as well. If you drink it just like that, you have to be careful with amount and how much you drink. With excessive consumption it might cause diarrhea.

Ya Bao dělá v tomto zpracování dosti unikátní charakter, nejsou to éterické pupeny, je to příjemná a výrazná vlna svěžesti, bylinné projevy zcela dominují, velmi sladký základ s příjemnou dochutí s takřka hmatatelnou přilnavou dochutí na jazyku a na patře.
